How to Invite/Remove someone from an Operator


 
 

Invite

  1. Make sure you are logged in as the account you wish to invite someone to.

  2. Click on Team on the left side of the screen

  3. Click on Invite a Team Member

  4. You will invite them by either their email or their mobile phone number

  5. You must also select the appropriate role for the user

  6. They will receive either a text or email (based on which you entered) letting them know that they need to either create an account or log into an existing account.

 

Remove

  1. Only an operator account exec can remove a user

  2. Make sure you are logged in as the account you wish to remove someone from

  3. Click on Team on the left side of the screen

  4. You will see a list of names

  5. Next to the name of the person you wish to remove, click on the trashcan icon.

  6. You will be asked, "Are you sure you want to remove (name)". Click ok.
