What is a default creative?
The default creative is used when you have no other ads in your campaign.
The default creative will only show up if there is nothing else to play.
What should I do if I see a default creative?
If you are seeing the default creative, you should post an ad.

How to update the default creative?
Make sure you are in the account that you wish to update by clicking the photo in the top right corner and clicking on the correct account.
There is a menu on the left side of the screen, from there you can click Settings.
Scroll down until you get to the Creatives category and click Edit default.
Click change this image on any of the board sizes you wish to update. (You may have to repeat this steps until all sizes show the correct image)
You will be prompted to upload a new photo. You can choose a logo or a basic ad for your business.
NOTE: You need to have at least 1 screen in your campaign to upload a default creative.
